On my previous post i didnt write details, so im making new here. Sorry. About two weeks ago red rash shoved on my penis.

Understanding the Context

I have washed it and was putting alcohol and it helped. Now my penis head is not inflamed or hurt but the rash is still there and scales with cracks too. Could this be balinitis or some sort of fungal infection. Doctor gave me Gentomicin but it doesnt help.
